Dear Kim,

I’m getting fairly well settled in and have time to sit back and think about the process of selling my house and relocating to a very different part of the province.

In terms of selling 36 James Street, my very best decision was asking you to represent me. Right from the get-go I saw that you would do the very best job possible, with energy, flair and creativity. I especially appreciated your realistic advice on a marketable price, your great advice on how to show the house to best advantage, and wise tips on how to “start packing”. In many ways, I felt I was “in over my head” before this.

I was really in awe of your professionalism and your constant attention to detail and fast response to any and all of my questions–24/7 (well, you were allowed, and deserved, a little down time!). As you said “I’m like a dog with a bone”–pretty funny but actually spot-on! Negotiating the selling price was proof of that especially that last $1,000!

Overall, the experience for me was fairly stressful because of building a new house up north and the time lost before turning to Re/Max, but Kim, you really took the edge off that when you stepped in. So I have nothing but praise for your work and I would certainly recommend you to anyone planning to sell for any reason. I have no idea how you could do better–you’re the tops! And I include sincere thanks to Brenda for her great backup–always pleasant and helpful to me.

I’m attaching the photos I took in front of 36 James–a nice memento for me, and I hope for you.
