In my personal opinion, I wouldn’t change anything…When our first and only offer was put on the table, we sold our house that night…one week later we started looking for a house of our own. Kim took us to all available houses and we liked on of those houses…we put an offer in a few days later and that night we bought our new home…we couldn’t have asked for better or easier transactions than that… We couldn’t have gotten any better service then we did…Kim and Brenda both were available to answer any or all questions we had…Thank you for making it easy.
